The onsite heated pool and hot tub are a perfect way to relax after hitting the slopes or trails. The unit is a one-bedroom king suite with a separate living area and kitchenette.
THE SPACE:
- This unit sleeps up to 4 guests with a king-sized bed and a queen-sized pull-out sofa.
- Kitchenette includes a one burner stove, microwave, toaster/convection oven/air fryer, mini-fridge, dishwasher, Keurig and regular coffee maker and grinder, and kitchen essentials
- Sofa, dining table, desk and office chair, and 2 TVs

THINGS TO NOTE:
- AC: The property does not have AC but there is a fan and the windows open to let in the cool night air.
- PETS: We love your furry family members but the HOA only allows unit owners to have dogs above the 2nd floor. The owner does have a dog in the unit on occasion - we clean up dog hair to the best of our ability after departure. If you have a severe allergy to dogs, we want you to be aware of this.
- This unit is individually owned and operated and there is no front desk at the hotel. Guests will need to contact Peak Property Management to request additional linens, towels, housekeeping services, etc.
- SKI/BIKE VALET: There is ski & bike valet services at the Elevate Ski and Bike shop (part of Butte & CO), located at the base area.
- THE BUILDING: Grand Lodge is one of the original properties at the base of the mountain. While the architecture and some common areas reflect its age, the unit itself is well-maintained, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We believe in transparent expectations: this is not a luxury resort, but a cozy and convenient spot with unbeatable access to the lifts and trails.
- AMENITY AVAILABILITY: Please note, amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and gym are managed by the HOA – we will do out best to alert you to any extended unavailability, but if any of the amenities are not operational during your stay, we will not offer a refund as they are not under our control.
- FEE TRANSPARENCY: Cleaning fee: $150/stay - This covers the cost of professional cleaning, towels, and additional supplies. Resort fee: $20/night - HOA mandated for all units. This covers the cost of WiFi, cable, pool, hot tub, sauna, and additional building maintenance. Hosting fee: AirBNB/VRBO charges a varying fee for listings.
Parking: You get one parking spot with this property. Your parking pass will be in the unit upon your arrival.
Book through Peak Property Management and Sales and receive special discounts for ski and snowboard rentals through Christy Sports and Black Tie Ski Rentals! **We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**
