Caleb has lived in the valley for 24 years. Originally moving here from Arkansas to attend Western State University. Caleb received his degree in Business and never left. He took a position with Peak and began managing rentals and selling Real Estate in 2003. It did not take long for the owners to realize Caleb would be the ideal person to sell the business to.
As the owner and managing broker of Peak Property Management and Sales, he has handled just about any situation when it comes to properties. He offers excellent guidance and has a wide range of contacts always willing to work with him. With his proactive and energetic nature, he is definitely someone you want on your team. When Caleb is not working on a project, he enjoys traveling or exploring the beautiful mountains. On top of being an extremely dedicated business owner, Caleb is a family man with two kids and an amazing wife.
