This apartment is a 500-square-foot space above the garage with its own private, keyless entrance. The unit has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, desk area, and laundry space and comes equipped with the basics of what you need for your stay including plenty of parking. CB South is a great neighborhood 8 miles south of CB proper and offers commercial and other amenities, as well as convenient access to hiking and other activities.

There are two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.

CB South Getaway

I loved this little space! It had everything we needed, was laid out perfectly & we loved the neighborhood! So dog friendly and it was so nice to walk to coffee. We’d love to come back in the summer!
