Welcome to our cozy apartment in Crested Butte South. Great for singles or remote workers wanting to enjoy the beautiful valley and time of the year! This apartment is a 500-square-foot space above the garage with its own private, keyless entrance. The unit has a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, kitchen, living room, desk area, and laundry space and comes equipped with the basics of what you need for your stay including plenty of parking. CB South is a great neighborhood 8 miles south of CB proper and offers commercial and other amenities, as well as convenient access to hiking and other activities.

There are two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.

The walk to the free bus is just 5 minutes away. You always have access to beautiful Cement Creek right outside your doorstep!

We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. **This property is pet-friendly. Our pet policy is as follows. We allow up to two dogs in the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $15 a day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.**

CB South Getaway

I loved this little space! It had everything we needed, was laid out perfectly & we loved the neighborhood! So dog friendly and it was so nice to walk to coffee. We’d love to come back in the summer!
