420 Slate River Main House - Beautiful Views on Golf Course!
This sunny three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home is situated in the Skyland area, only two miles south of Crested Butte, and a stone's throw away from the golf course! In total, you can comfortably sleep 8. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, and the views are drop-dead gorgeous! Mt. Crested Butte towers overhead, Whetstone is in the distance along with Paradise Divide.
Sit back and relax with a cup of coffee on the private back patio in the morning or soak in the views after a long day of adventuring in the mountains with your favorite beverage in the large hot tub. There is also a dining table and grill. In the summertime, there is plenty of room for kids to play in the yard.
Hop on your bike and hit one of the many famous mountain biking trails right out of the door! Float the Slate River (season is June-July)! There is also plenty of hiking in the area.
On the main floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a gas range stove. The kitchen opens into the living room with skylights, a large TV, and a cozy living area. There is also a half bathroom. The back patio leads out from the kitchen to an amazing deck area where you can relax after your fun day of exploring the mountains.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, brand new carpet, a desk for those needing to get some work done, and a full bathroom. The bathroom has a stand-up glass shower and there is a private deck as well to get some fresh air.
The first floor has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. The junior master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bunk room has a twin over a full bed with a trundle.
There is room for a small SUV inside of the garage, where you can also store your winter or summer gear. You can also find an additional washer and dryer. The driveway fits four vehicles.
There is an additional garage apartment available for rent that sleeps a total of four. The cost is $200/night. Please inquire about renting the garage apartment.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR RIVER GREEN SHORT TERM RENTALS
Adopted 8/29/22
1. Maximum number of occupants is 2 per bedroom, not to exceed 8 total occupants.
2. Speed limit for the entire neighborhood is 15 mph.
3. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm
4. No animals, pets, dogs, cats, etc. except for service animals
5. No Slate River access except at shoreline of rental property
6. Fishing is fly fishing only and is catch and release. Small children may spin cast.
7. No on street parking. All vehicles must park in the driveway
8. No RV’s, campers, or trailers
9. No firearms or fireworks.
10. No events / gatherings larger than 10 people to be held at home
