Lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome (duplex) in the heart of downtown Crested Butte. Conveniently located two blocks from downtown for dining, shopping and entertainment. The free shuttle stop across the street, offers access to Mt. Crested Butte where you will find world class skiing, boarding, hiking, and biking.

The home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms which sleeps six comfortably. The sunny second floor has a generous size kitchen, dining area, large comfy sectional with internet enabled TV plus, a large DVD collection for guests to choose from. A sunny deck off of the living room houses a grill and dining area complete with mountain views. There is a fully fenced backyard available to our guests. The yard is private and accessible from the house.

This property can be rented out together with the other side of the duplex, making the total bedrooms 6. Please reach out with any questions you may have.

Bedrooms are as follows: (1) Queen Bed, (1) Queen Bed, and (1) Twin Bunk bed.

**This property is pet friendly. Our pet policy is as follows: We allow up to two dogs in the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $25 a day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.**

Parking Plan: There are two uncovered parking spaces in the driveway. Any additional vehicles can park on the side streets. Please adhere to the winter parking rules and regulations. No parking overnight on Elk Ave.

Location, Location Location!! Just steps from Elk Ave!

Wonderful location to catch the bus up to the ski hill. Close to groomed nordic trails to walk the dog. Close to grocery store. Would definitely stay here again for a quick get away!

Perfect location, 2 blocks from all the dining and shopping on Elk Ave, and on a quiet, flower-lined street. Great for dogs with a big, enclosed backyard, and the whole property was very clean. Huge DVD collection, which was a real source of fun. Amazing view of Mt Crested Butte right from the deck and the living room. Spacious upstairs living room/kitchen and the full bath downstairs is newly remodeled. Management company is very responsive. And we loved it so much that we’ve already rebooked.

Well located right in town! We especially loved the grill and porch with Mountain Views. The main living area is spacious and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms are adequate size and having 2 full bathrooms was perfect.

Our group really loved this place! It was comfortable, close walking distance to the all the CB shops and restaurants, plus Clarks, and it was a great place to stay for our extended family. If you're allergic to dogs, do know that you'll find some doghairs on common areas, but that didn't bother our group, just an FYI since it's a pet-friendly place. We overall give it high ratings and would love to stay there again.
