Please note that the hot tubs at Emmons and Axtell will close on Monday, April 7th, which is the day after the last day of Crested Butte Mountain Resort’s ski season.
The tubs will reopen on June 1st for the summer season.

This beautifully renovated and redecorated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is located slope side at the Mt. Crested Butte base area. A short skip to several restaurants and bars at the base, literally steps to the lifts and a very short walk to the free shuttle that can take you to Historic Downtown Crested Butte. New high end finishes include granite countertops, in-floor heating, stainless steel appliances (refrigerator is a mini fridge) and a beautifully renovated bathroom.There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. The large deck has a view of Mt. CB, a grill and plenty of room to hang out with friends or family when the weather permits. Enjoy soaking in the common area hot tub after a day on the slopes or the biking/hiking trails! This unit sleeps 3 comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom and a couch that pulls out to a twin size bed, perfect for one small adult or child.

For streaming services, bring your own ROKU or HDMI cable to attach to your computer. This unit doesn't have streaming services but you are welcome to bring your own.

*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is located in the property binder once you arrive.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle is permitted to park on site, in designated lot.

**Please be aware that parking is very limited in this complex with a very small lot out front. Each unit in Emmons is only allowed one parking permit, therefore only one legal car allowed to park in that lot. It is first come, first serve. There is some overflow parking available and we can provide you with a map of the location of these areas. Unfortunately, trialers, RV's or any recreational vehicles are not allowed in either the lot or the overflow parking areas. If you plan to bring any of those items/vehicles, please arrange for special parking through Crested Butte Mountain Resort Adventure Center Concierge Desk.

Excellent location for ski trip to Crested Butte. Lift is outside your door essentially. We could easily ski down for lunch and eat on balcony (spring skiing of course) and then go back out to the hill. Condo is well kept and comfortable. Has a real wood fireplace and wood was provided, nice surprise. Parking was fine outdoors. Certainly would rent again. Worked well for 3 people jn a family.

This amazing little condo has everything you need to enjoy some time in the mountains. It’s within a 2 minute walk to the town shuttle. There are 2 bars/restaurants in eyesight of the balcony. Several gear rental places in walking distance. Truly could not be a better location! Room was equipped with all of the essentials. Host was very responsive and helpful.
