This cozy, beautifully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Chateaux condo is located in Mt. Crested Butte, approximately 500 yards from the lifts - a short 5 minute walk or you may prefer to jump on the free shuttle which stops every 15-20 minutes. With comfortable amenities and convenience that is hard to match, this condo is a great place to spend your vacation in any season. Unwind after a long day on the slopes in the winter or hiking the endless trails in the summer in the outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, clubhouse, and grilling area. This unit is the perfect location in terms of convenience and recreational activities just steps from your door!

TV's are in both bedrooms as well as living room. There is also a woodburning fireplace for guest use, talk about cozy!

Beds as follows: (1) Queen, [2] Queen and Twin bed.

PARKING: There are two parking spaces for this unit. They are not designated. Parking is very tight at this building, especially in the winter, so please plan accordingly.

*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is located in the property binder once you arrive.

LAUNDRY: There is a washer and dryer located in the building, not the unit. Coin operated.

We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. The property had a great location for access to skiing. 8 minute walk or 3 minute shuttle. Property also had a nice pool/ hot tub. Kitchen was very well stocked with kitchenware. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Chateaux 307C. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I've rented houses all over and have never had such a well appointed kitchen. That was such a bonus! Beds were comfortable and the bunk room is a plus with kids. Fireplace was cozy after the day on the slopes. Shuttle service was so easy. I can not wait to come back to CB and will definitely call you to book this condo again.
