Main Level: The mid-level welcomes you with a cozy entryway, a one-car garage with an additional fridge, and an open-concept living space featuring beautiful hardwood floors. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, including a Keurig, coffee maker, dishwasher, double oven, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, crockpot, and wine rack. An island and large dining table provide ample space for meals and gatherings. Relax in the living area with a gas fireplace or step out onto the expansive deck, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air with outdoor furniture.

This level also features two bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and the other with a full-size bed—both with closets and dressers, sharing a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.

Upper Level: Upstairs, you’ll find a second living area with a TV, ideal for movie nights or downtime. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks and a glass shower, offering a private retreat with unbeatable mountain views.

Lower Level: The basement is designed for fun and relaxation, with a bar area, foosball table, massive TV, and a walk-out patio with a hot tub to soak in the views. A full-size walk-in laundry room adds convenience to your stay. There is also a private office with a desk and printer for those needing to catch up on work during their stay. A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed shares a bathroom with a bathtub/shower.

PARKING: One car can fit in the garage, and two cars in the driveway for a max of three vehicles.

**This property is pet-friendly. Our pet policy is as follows. We allow up to two dogs on the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $15-a-day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.**

Great family trip!

Great place for our family trip, beat our expectations! Amazing house, clean, fully stocked with anything you might need, and the blankets at each sofa where a huge hit with our boys. They loved curling up in the cool mornings and evenings!Property management was quick to answer any questions we had while booking.We'll definitely book this house again!

We loved our time in Crested Butte and this home made it even more fun. Highlights Include: Nice deck with humming birds and beautiful views, soaking in the hot-tub, deer in the yard. Proximity to MTB rides.
