This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is located in the heart of historic downtown Crested Butte. It is a short walk to all of the restaurants, shops and festivities that downtown has to offer. There is a shuttle stop close by where you can catch the free shuttle to Mt. Crested Butte which offers an array of hiking and biking trails in the summer and in the winter, world class skiing at Crested Butte Mountain Resort.

On the entry floor you will find the beautifully furnished living room with a gas fireplace, dining area, wet bar and updated kitchen with marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances and perfectly stocked for your culinary needs. On this floor is also a king bedroom and a 3/4 bathroom. On the second level you will find a spacious and sunny master bedroom with a king bed, private sitting area and flat screen TV. Down the hall is the "Art Studio" room. Once used as an art studio, this split level room is spacious and a perfect place for kids with 2 twin beds and a twin bed w/ trundle and plenty of room to spread out. Also on this level is a beautiful full bathroom.

Make your way to the impeccably landscaped backyard and back deck and soak in the tranquility of your surroundings and the views that surround the town of Crested Butte. Grill your dinner on the large back deck and when the evening gets a little chilly, light a fire in the outdoor fireplace on the deck.

This house comfortably sleeps 6 people and is the perfect place for a family vacation in any season. Convenient, comfortable and classy are three words that perfectly sum up this home.

**This property is pet friendly. Our pet policy is as follows. We allow up to two dogs in the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $15 a day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.**

Right at home in CB

We felt right at home in this charming renovated home in downtown Crested Butte. This is one of those homes that isn’t just bland corporate furnishings but a real home. The location can’t be beat and the management company has always been great every time I’ve rented a place they manage. Very responsive communication. We loved the outdoor fireplace and the beautiful flowering hanging baskets.

Beautiful home in downtown Crested Butte, dog friendly!

We had an amazing time at Crested Butte. We were with our adult children. The home was amazing for us - the rooms are generously sized and we loved sitting on the back porch and enjoying the rear yard. The kitchen was well stocked. We went hiking and enjoyed the restaurants and stores downtown that were only steps away. We highly recommend!

Wonderful house!

This home was wonderful! Fully stocked kitchen and clean room. Also, the house is right in town so walking to the shops and dinner was easy. Also, the bus to the mountain was just a block outside the door which made for easy skiing. The home couldn\'t have been more convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

We rented 123 Maroon for the Christmas week of 2020. My wife and I and our two young adult daughters enjoyed Christmas together and then the kids had friends join us for a total of 7 people and we fit very comfortably. The house is essentially downtown and the ski shuttle is 1.5 blocks (can walk in your boots!) away. The younger folks were upstairs while we used the ground level master. I think the house would also be well suited for two families with smaller children as there are two bedrooms with king/queen sized beds and then the larger

It's a great size for our family of four, but we've also shared it with another family with plenty of space for everyone. The convenience of its location from Elk Ave is amazing. A block away from all Elk Ave has to offer and not much further to a trail head - it was the perfect location. Very clean & comfy, and the kitchen was furnished with everything a cook could possibly want. But the best part was the back yard with both fireplace & firepit options, cover from the rain with relaxing seating options AND an enormous supply of firewood. Would def stay again!
