This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house with loft is located in downtown Crested Butte in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants this quaint ski town has to offer. The log cabin design has a rustic charm that provides the perfect setting for your vacation in the Rocky Mountains. Two bedrooms on the entry level, one has a King bed and one has a Queen bed. This level also has two full bathrooms, one with an indoor hot tub. Upstairs is the living room with a wood-burning stove, a dining room with a beautiful view of Mt. Crested Butte from the window, and the kitchen. Off of the living room is a den that has a flat-screen HDTV. Upstairs from the den is the loft overlooking the living room with a queen bed. There is a large deck off of the living room with plenty of seating for the whole family to relax and soak in the views. The home is suitable for children 6 years of age or older.

The Gothic property was wonderful--very picturesque. It is situated right on the creek and is minutes to anywhere you want to go in town. Would definitely recommend it.

What a great location - walking distance to all the action in downtown Crested Butte - but steps from some great hiking trails and easy access to the shuttle bus up the mountain. This is an older, more rustic property...with the ambiance of a Colorado mountain retreat. The furnishings are so comfortable and cozy. The two bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor are spacious. The main living area is upstairs. The little tv room off the living room is an added bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I agree with the previous reviewer that the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, but I also wanted to highlight the kitchen, dining room, and living room, which were a great size for our two families. The kids particularly enjoyed the hot tub, the board game cabinet, and the big yard for playing in the snow. Little extras like a sled, a stereo system with a collection of CDs, and a television with a collection of DVDs/Blu-Rays, were a nice touch.
