After a day of skiing or exploring nearby trails, unwind in the hot tub to end the evening. With beautiful scenery and all the comforts of home, this condo is an inviting retreat for a memorable mountain getaway in any season.
*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is located in the property binder once you arrive.
This unit's amenities include a shared outdoor hot tub, two decks facing Mt. CB, a garage and in house washer and dryer among others! The condo is also near a free shuttle stop over to the base area of the mountain.
NOTE: **Please be aware that the hot tub is closed during the off seasons. It is open during the peak season when Crested Butte Mountain Resort is open.**
NOTE: ** The road up to this unit is very steep, and 4WD is REQUIRED in the winter months.**

PARKING: There are two cars allowed on this property. One car to be parked in the garage provided and one can be parked in the overflow parking in the lot. One permit will be provided upon check in and should be clearly displayed.
