Winter- ice skating pond, hockey rink, cross-country skiing. Enjoy the pristine views of the Crested Butte valley and Whetstone mountain from the living room while warming up by the easy electric fireplace, or take a morning stroll to (in our opinion) the best coffee shop in Crested Butte. Private backyard with outdoor table and grill. 7 min drive to downtown CB, or 15 min drive to ski base area, 1 mile to Cement creek trails. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. New furniture throughout. Nothing has been forgotten in setting up this home for your comfort. 

This house makes your vacation easy. Store all your toys (bikes, skis, etc.) in the attached 1 car garage. There is not enough room for a car to park inside the garage but it great for all of your gear. Walk into the front mudroom and take off coats/shoes, and into the comfy open concept living room, and kitchen. Enjoy meals at the dining table or outside on the patio on a nice day. Radiant in floor heat throughout the main floor will keep your toes warm and avoid drying out the house like most mountain properties. Upstairs features brand new carpet with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, Full over full bunk beds, and 2 full bathrooms. An extra 1/2 bath and laundry room with washer dryer is located on the main floor. We are honored to host you in our home away from home. 

There is one TV located in the living room.

THIS HOME IS NOT PET FRIENDLY. Absolutely no dogs. If we are notified of dogs in the property, you will be charged a $250 fee as well as additional cleaning costs. The owners have a severe allergy to dogs.

We love this place!

1038 Cascadilla Way feels like home away from home. Mountain modern decor is cozy and all linens are great quality and comfortable. Great views from living area and the neighborhood is quiet. Beds are super comfortable, best night of sleep I’ve had in forever! Check in and out was easy and it’s a quick and convenient drive to town, there’s a bus too!

My family of five stayed here for Spring Break. It was the perfect spot for us. House was very comfortable, spacious, and a great kitchen. We will definitely stay here again.
