Booking Policies

Deposits: 50% of the total rent is due at time of booking. The final 50% balance will be automatically charged 60 days prior to your reservation. If you wish to use a different form of payment for the final 50%, you must contact Peak prior to the 60 day deadline.

Cancellation: Reservations cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund of monies paid less a cancellation fee of 10% of the TOTAL amount of the reservation. We are unable to cancel the reservation if it is less than 60 days prior to your reservation.
COVID-19 TEMPORARY CANCELLATION POLICY CHANGE: For all reservations, new and previously booked, that occur anytime before April 11th, 2021, the final payment on your reservation will be due 30 days prior to your arrival rather than our standard 60 days.   You have until 30 days prior to your arrival to cancel with only the 10% cancellation fee retained.  All other collected money will be refunded to you.  

Travel Delay/Cancellation: Peak cannot refund a reservation should a cancellation or delay be weather related. We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance if this is a concern. We offer this optional coverage through CSA Travel Insurance.

Damage Protection: We require one of two options for damage protection. The first option is purchasing damage protection through CSA for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. The second option is to pay a $500 refundable damage deposit.
