Long Term Rentals

Peak Property Management offers long term leases, which are typically 6 to 12 months, in Crested Butte, Mt Crested Butte, CB South, Skyland & Riverbend.

We do not offer month to month leasing and we do not offer anything less than 6 months. 

Every property Peak currently has available is listed on this page. If something is not listed here, it is not available. We do not have an additional list of properties not listed here. 

Peak requires a security deposit equal to one months rent to secure a property. If you place a deposit on a property, it becomes non-refundable until move out when it becomes refundable minus cleaning and/or maintenance expenses.

If you are in search of a rental for the future, please note that these properties will not be added to the website until approx. 30 days prior to the current lease end date.  

We are available for showings M-F from 9:00 to 5:00. We do not rent sight unseen so you will need to view the property. We require at least 24 hours notice to show occupied units so you must call in advance to schedule showings.
